issue.2007.03: let the countdown begin...

Time is ticking as DIFF prepares for the best festival yet! Be sure to join us this year on November 8th-11th, 2007 at Sun Village Resort & Spa for the third annual Dominican International Film Festival.

We would just like to send a warm thank you to those of you who submitted your films this year. We are in the process of selecting the final slate of films and will announce those selected in early October. Be sure to keep coming back to DIFF site for a complete list of the chosen films!

We are excited to announce that Crocs Shoes has signed on to be one of our official sponsors of the Cine Roma program at the festival this year. Cine Roma is a Spanish Language portion of the Dominican International Film Festival that provides an opportunity for the Dominican community to view films at the local university, Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, for no charge. Crocs will be donating thousands of recycled Crocs shoes to the Dominican community to reduce the number of kids whose families can’t afford to put shoes on their feet. Click here to learn more!
