To qualify for a fee waiver, you will be required to sign up and set up a profile on myProducer.tv.  It is mandatory that you upload pictures and videos, uploading your script is optional.  Once you have successfully completed this (it only takes a few minutes) you must refer 5 friends and have them do the same thing; pictures and videos are mandatory and uploading their script is also optional.
